Description

D'Addario Restore is a deep cleaning cream polish that cuts through built-up grime and polishes out swirl marks and light scratches on clear-coated guitars, basses, ukuleles, mandolins and banjos. It's step 1 of D'Addario's three-step guitar care system.

Our take
Use Restore when the finish looks dull, smudged or hazy, not every time you play. Follow it with D'Addario Protect carnauba wax (step 2) to seal in the shine. For a vintage nitrocellulose finish, test a small spot on the back first.

How to use

  • Apply a small amount to a clean, soft cloth
  • Work it into the finish in small sections
  • Buff off with a clean side of the cloth
