Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS. Regular-priced items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in originally shipped condition, with the invoice, packaging, manuals and warranty cards. A 10% restocking fee applies and is deducted from the store credit. Store credit is issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items bought on SALE or CLEARANCE are final sale and cannot be returned.

IN-STORE PURCHASES. We offer a 14 day exchange or store credit. Products must be returned in new condition. Guitars and Stringed Instruments and Method Books carry a 10% restocking fee. Drums, Humidifiers, Strings, Cymbals, Reeds, and Brass & Woodwind Instruments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for sanitary reasons.
