REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on items purchased online. For local customers, we offer a 7 day exchange or store credit policy.

Products must be returned in new condition. Certain items are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover wear and tear;

- Method Books

Other items, such as Drums, Humidifiers, Strings, Cymbals, Reeds, Brass & Woodwind Instruments are non returnable and non exchangeable for sanitary reasons.
