Condition Of Books
Our books are brand new, however, they can occasionally arrive at our store with very slightly bent or scratched edges due to the shipping process from the manufacturer. For example:
This is unavoidable. Books marked on SALE or on CLEARANCE will most likely show signs of aging and wear.
Our Price Guarantee
We will match the verified price of any product from any authorized retailer in Canada. All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are charged based on destination. There are no taxes on international orders. Through our secure online payment system, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Or, you can contact us at 613-727-0727 to place your order manually using Visa or MasterCard.
Pickup In Person (Nepean, ON)
If you are local to Ottawa, you can place your orders online and choose "Pick Up" when selecting your delivery method.
Shipping - Canada & USA
All orders that require shipping will be shipped via Canada Post. Upon selecting one of the shipping methods, the estimated delivery time can be found under each of the options. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon purchase.
Shipping - International (outside Canada & US)
Please call or e-mail us to inquire about shipping internationally.
Return Policy - Online Orders
Regular priced products may be returned for Store Credit within 14 days of the original purchase. Returned products must be in originally shipped condition and include a copy of the original invoice, all original packaging, manuals, and warranty cards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credits are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the products. Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items on SALE or CLEARANCE are final sale.
Return Policy - On Items Damaged During Shipping
If you receive a regular priced book from us that appears to have been severely damaged during shipping, we will open an investigation with Canada Post. Those investigations can take 3-10 business days. Our response will be based on their findings.
Additional discounts can not be combined if item is reduced on sale.
