Orders that require shipping may be shipped using UPS, Canpar, Canada Post, or another suitable carrier. When selecting a shipping method, the estimated delivery time appears under each option. A tracking number will be emailed to you after purchase.

U.S. customer notice

Granata Music is a Canadian retailer. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and applicable taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer.

Granata Music is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance and cannot predict or control these fees. We do not offer refunds related to tariffs. If you wish to pre-pay the tariff, please message us after the initial purchase.

Return policy — online orders

• Regular-priced products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• Returned products must be in originally shipped condition and include the original invoice, packaging, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Credits are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs required to return products to Granata Music.

Our price guarantee

We will match the verified price of any product from any authorized retailer in Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are charged based on destination. There are no taxes on international orders.

If you are local to Ottawa, you can place your order online and choose “Pick Up” when selecting your delivery method at checkout.

Condition of books

Our books are brand new. However, they can occasionally arrive to our store with very slightly bent or scratched edges due to the shipping process from the manufacturer. This is unavoidable.
