Four simple steps, and nothing happens without your go-ahead.
Before you visit
What to bring.
Bringing the right items helps us understand the issue and check the complete setup, especially when the problem involves accessories or removable parts.
The Granata repair approach
Better feel. Better response. More confidence when you play.
Repair work isn’t only about fixing a problem. The goal is an instrument that feels dependable, responds properly and supports the way you actually play.
Repair questions
Before you bring it in.
Quick answers about drop-offs, estimates, instruments and accessories. Still unsure? Give us a call.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required for most repair drop-offs. Bring the instrument to the store and our team can begin the intake process.
Can you quote repairs over the phone?
We can give general guidance by phone, but the most accurate recommendation and estimate usually require seeing the instrument in person.
Will you start work before I approve it?
No. We inspect the instrument and explain the recommended work and estimate first. Repair work moves forward once you’ve approved it.
Do you repair more than guitars?
Yes. We service guitars, basses, ukuleles, violins, brass, woodwinds and other instruments, depending on the repair required.
Can I add strings or accessories to the repair?
Yes. Strings, bridge pins, tuning machines, reeds and other parts or accessories can be added when the repair needs them.
What should I bring with the instrument?
Bring anything connected to the issue (cables, cases, reeds, strings or parts) and tell us what you notice and when it happens.
