Granata Music is located at 43 Roydon Pl Unit 4, Nepean, ON K2E 1A3.

What are your store hours? +

Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM
Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Do you sell instruments online? +

Yes. You can shop online through our website or visit us in-store for help choosing the right instrument or accessory.

Products & Inventory

Instrument selection, stock status, order-only items, and price matching.

What products do you carry? +

We carry guitars, basses, keyboards, drums, strings, straps, picks, capos, tuners, stands, cables, amps, accessories, and more.

Is everything online available in-store? +

Most items marked as in stock are available in-store, but inventory can change quickly. Some items may be available online as supplier-stock or order-only items.

What does “Order Only” mean? +

Order Only means the item is not currently available for immediate pickup in-store, but we can order it for you. Many order-only items arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on supplier availability.

Can I reserve an item? +

Yes. Contact us or visit the store and we can help reserve or hold an item when possible.

Do you price match? +

We do our best to match prices from authorized Canadian retailers. Send us the product and competitor listing and we’ll review it.

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Do you offer in-store pickup? +

Yes. You can choose in-store pickup at checkout when available.

Do you ship across Canada? +

Yes. We ship instruments, accessories, and other products across Canada.

How much does shipping cost? +

Shipping costs depend on the item size, weight, and destination. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Do you accept returns? +

Returns may be accepted depending on the item and condition. Sale, clearance, special order, and used items may have different return rules. Please contact us before returning an item.

What if my item arrives damaged? +

Contact us right away with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.

Lessons take place in person at Granata Music.

Do you repair instruments? +

Yes. We offer instrument repairs and guitar setups.

What is included in a guitar setup? +

A setup may include adjustments for playability, action, intonation, neck relief, and general maintenance.

Do I need an appointment for a repair? +

You can bring your instrument in during store hours. For larger repairs, we’ll inspect it and let you know the next steps.

How long do repairs take? +

Repair times depend on the type of work needed and current repair volume. We’ll give you an estimate when the instrument is checked in.

Do guitar purchases include a free setup? +

Yes. Every guitar purchase includes one free setup through Granata Music. Ask our staff for details when purchasing your guitar.

Yes. Granata Music offers recording studio services through Granata Studios.
