Granata Protection Plan — Guitar

Keep your new guitar playing its best with the Granata Protection Plan. For one simple yearly price, you get extra in-store service support from the Granata Music team after purchasing your eligible guitar.

A regular guitar setup at Granata Music is $130. With this plan, you receive up to 4 approved in-store service visits within 12 months for only $99.

This plan can be used for approved service labour such as guitar setup labour, action adjustments, truss rod adjustments, intonation adjustments, tuning stability checks, pickup height adjustments, buzzing/playability checks, basic electronics diagnosis, minor wiring or connection repairs, and general professional inspections.

Important: This plan must be purchased at the same time as your eligible guitar. It cannot be added after the original purchase is complete.

What’s included:

• Up to 4 approved service visits within 12 months

• Eligible setup and adjustment labour

• Approved minor repair labour

• In-store assessment by Granata Music

• Extra support to keep your guitar playing comfortably throughout the year

What’s not included:

• Strings

• Parts or replacement components

• Accessories or humidifiers

• Pickups, tuners, bridges, nuts, saddles, pots, switches, or jacks

• Major structural repairs

• Broken headstocks or broken necks

• Accidental damage, drops, hits, water damage, theft, or loss

• Full instrument replacement

Humidity note: Humidity-related adjustment labour may only be considered if a guitar humidifier was purchased from Granata Music with the guitar. Coverage is limited to approved adjustment labour, such as truss rod, action, or playability adjustments. Severe humidity damage, cracks, warping, bridge lifting, loose braces, or damage from improper humidity care is not covered.

All service visits require an in-store assessment and approval by Granata Music before work begins. Parts, strings, accessories, and replacement components are always sold separately.
