Is it in stock at the store?
Call (613) 727-0727 to confirm before you come in. If you order online for pickup, we'll email you when it's ready.
Do you ship, or can I pick it up?
We ship across Canada and the U.S. by UPS, Canpar or Canada Post. Cost and delivery estimate show at checkout. Local? Choose ‘Pick Up’ at checkout to collect it in Nepean at no shipping charge.
Do you price match?
Yes. We'll match the verified price of any product from an authorized retailer in Canada. Call or message us with the listing.
Do students get a discount?
Yes. Students enrolled in lessons at Granata Music get 10% off storewide, plus exclusive deals. Discounts can't be combined with sale prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express online, or call (613) 727-0727 to order by phone with Visa or Mastercard.
What's your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, strings, reeds and humidifiers can't be refunded or exchanged. Small packaged items like picks, cables and batteries are exchange only once opened. Other regular-priced items can be exchanged within 14 days at no charge, or refunded within 7 days (less a 5% restocking fee) with the receipt and original packaging. Sale and clearance items, and anything bought with a discount code, are final sale.
