Do you ship, or can I pick it up?
We ship across Canada and the U.S. by UPS, Canpar or Canada Post. Cost and delivery estimate show at checkout. Local? Choose ‘Pick Up’ at checkout to collect it in Nepean at no shipping charge.

Strings, reeds and humidifiers bought in-store are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. Online: 14 days for store credit on regular-priced items in original condition, 10% restocking fee. Sale is final.
