The LL26 ARE is built in Japan and pairs a round-shoulder Original Jumbo body with a solid Engelmann spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides. The spruce is treated with Yamaha’s A.R.E. process, so it sounds seasoned and open from day one. The cosmetics are classic: gold open-gear tuners, snowflake inlays, maple binding and a tortoise pickguard. The sound is full, warm and balanced, and the neck is comfortable to play.
