About this item

Cort G290 Modern Electric Guitar

Purpose-Built Pickup Pairing: Each pickup is chosen for its role: the Seymour Duncan® TB4 humbucker delivers aggressive bite, while the the Cort® Voiced Tone VTS-63 singles add balance, sparkle, and cut. Built for Speed and Control: Roasted maple, a Ergo-V shape, and a compound radius give you a neck that feels faster, smoother, and more responsive up and down the fretboard.

Hardware That Feels Premium: From the Graph Tech nut to the Cort® CFA-III S tremolo, every piece feels upgraded. The stainless frets and staggered locking tuners round out a guitar that’s built to stay solid under pressure. One Guitar. So Many Sounds: With HSS pickups, a push-pull coil split, and a high-performance tremolo, this guitar adapts fast. It’s made for switching tones, styles, and gain levels, without needing to swap guitars.

Features:

  • Seymour Duncan® TB4 bridge humbucker for high-output, aggressive tones.
  • Cort® Voiced Tone VTS-63 single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions for clear, articulate clean sounds.
  • Push-pull coil split to switch the humbucker into a single-coil voice for additional tonal options
  • Roasted maple neck and fingerboard for improved stability, resonance, and feel.
  • Ergo-V neck profile designed for comfort and fast playing.
  • Compound-radius fingerboard for easier chording and bending across the neck.
  • Stainless-steel frets for durability and smooth playability
  • HSS pickup configuration (Humbucker-Single-Single) provides a wide range of tones.
